EstateExec™ Privacy Policy

We have a simple privacy policy: your data is private.

We do NOT sell or rent any customer information to third parties.

Obviously, if you grant estate access to other users, they will be able to see the data to which you give them access.

If you choose to download transactions directly from your bank, Plaid will manage your bank connection. Plaid is a financial service that connects to thousands of banks, and is embedded in thousands of apps; you can read Plaid's privacy policy here.

In order to optimize the user experience, we work with Google to collect non-personally identifiable information such as feature usage and page views when you visit the website. No estate data is shared.

In order to optimize our marketing, we work with Google to advertise on other websites to previous EstateExec visitors. Google accomplishes this via multiple mechanisms, including the use of cookies. Of course, any data collected will be used in accordance with our own privacy policy and Google's privacy policy. You can set preferences for how Google advertises to you via Google's My Ad Center and Partner Ads Settings, or you can use the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out page. You can also actively opt out of Google's automated data collection activities via their Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-On.

Similarly, we work with Facebook to optimize our advertising there, never sharing any estate data. You can disable Facebook tracking via their Settings & Privacy > Settings > Off-Facebook Activity menu.

Naturally, our order fulfillment firm, FastSpring, DOES collect personally identifiable information (such as your credit card number) when you place an order. You can read FastSpring's privacy policy here.

Finally, note that if you have supplied us an email address, we may infrequently send you an email to let you know of an important security issue or product upgrade, and may use a third party to facilitate the delivery of any such emails.
