Probate Forms (ND)
There are a number of state-specific forms you may need when going through the probate process.
General ND Forms
In North Dakota, the local District Court handles wills and estate probate. If you are using EstateExec and you enter the decedent's county of legal residence on the Decedent tab, you will see a direct link to the appropriate District Court here.
You can check with your local court for the forms they might prefer, and below you will find some of the more common ND forms:
- ND Informal Probate Guide - Contains the standard state-wide forms (and instructions)
- Estate Inventory - Consider attaching EstateExec's Inventory Report
- Final Accounting - Consider attaching EstateExec's Accounting Report
Forms are not available for formal probate, and you are strongly advised to retain a lawyer for such proceedings.
Small ND Estate Forms
Small estates sometimes need only 1 specialized form or affidavit: see Small ND Estates.
Using ND Probate Forms
If you are using a licensed EstateExec estate, information about finding your court will appear here.
